Peachy Keen

Outfit details: vintage top, vintage skirt (similar here), Tory Burch heels, Céline sunglasses.

I like this outfit. I instantly felt happy when I got dressed. Clothes are an outward expression of who you are, so when you manage to align the two it’s a great feeling.

It got me thinking about how when I was younger I would have never worn something like this for fear of standing out or drawing too much attention to myself. I worried way too much about being different from everyone else my age (who exclusively wore flip flops and Hollister, while I wished I lived in 1960s Paris). I wish I had started “not giving a fuck” earlier in life, but it’s never too late to change. Today I’m feeling grateful for that perspective.
